Toddler from a world in the retro-tech zone of Synthex who has found himself in an unusual situation. For unknown reasons, his neighborhood is depopulated and he has been left to fend for himself. Luckily, he made friends with Timtim, an entity who can manipulate the flow of time, and has used his powers to take care of Travis as well as possible. Fancies himself to be the sovereign of his suburban street, and likes to go VROOM!
