A dismal, polluted industrial capital on a D-class world in the fringe of Synthex. Its social structure and technology resembles that of Victorian-era Earth Prime. The city is mostly notable for its proximity to a found portal, and the existence of a costumed vigilante known as the Arc Angel. The Initiative’s solo secret agent finally made contact with the Arc Angel after nearly twenty builds, when the crimefighter saved their life after an attack by local hooligans on the docks. The Arc Angel has agreed to work with the Initiative under specific conditions, and the investigation into strange happenings in the area is ongoing. Purportedly has the best fried fish in the Verse.
