A thriving Medieval metropolis filled with craftspeople of every variety, with bountiful riches and renowned for a wise ruler. The Initiative investigated and found the monarch was mad, expressed in a way unique to the Kaleidoscope Verse. The community shared the consequences of this madness by being transformed into butterflies. The Monarch possessed a relic used to help rule in the form of a sword named Pennon de Justise, which the Initiative became convinced was cursed and causing madness.
